Cloudy Pit: Kingfisher along river; 3 Redpolls flew NE.
Island Pit: 3 Goosander (1 drake), Water Rail calling. Plenty of Goldeneye busy displaying.
Sailing Lake: Oystercatcher still around on small island. A few Siskins around in Alders.

A1 North Pit: adult female Scaup still, plus 3 Red-crested Pochards (2 drakes), adult Mediterranean Gull asleep on the ice and an adult Yellow-legged Gull briefly. Also 16 Golden Plover south and 3 Corn Buntings again around nearby stubble fields.
Farm Pit: 2 redhead Smew. Buzzard and Siskin around the farm fields.
Ouse Valley Way: up to 10 Goosander on the river today.
Sailing Lake: Bittern in reeds at NW end of lake, plus Green Sandpiper.
Washout Pit: Bittern showing fairly well in reeds on north bank early afternoon, also 3 Smew (1 drake)

A1 Pits: an impressive c.450 Linnets around stubble fields west of A1 South Pit; Snipe flushed by A1 North Pit, but no sign of the female Scaup in bad weather!
Island Pit: drake and redhead Smew.
Sailing Lake: c.20 Lesser Redpolls and 10 Siskins in Alder trees at north end of pit, although very mobile.
