A1 North Pit: adult female Scaup still, plus 3 Red-crested Pochards (2 drakes), adult Mediterranean Gull asleep on the ice and an adult Yellow-legged Gull briefly. Also 16 Golden Plover south and 3 Corn Buntings again around nearby stubble fields.
Farm Pit: 2 redhead Smew. Buzzard and Siskin around the farm fields.
Ouse Valley Way: up to 10 Goosander on the river today.
Sailing Lake: Bittern in reeds at NW end of lake, plus Green Sandpiper.
Washout Pit: Bittern showing fairly well in reeds on north bank early afternoon, also 3 Smew (1 drake)

A1 Pits: an impressive c.450 Linnets around stubble fields west of A1 South Pit; Snipe flushed by A1 North Pit, but no sign of the female Scaup in bad weather!
Island Pit: drake and redhead Smew.
Sailing Lake: c.20 Lesser Redpolls and 10 Siskins in Alder trees at north end of pit, although very mobile.

A1 Pits: Little Egret over A1 North Pit at dusk; 3 Redpolls and 7 Corn Buntings over.
Haul Road: Marsh Tit in Rory's Wood, plus Black Squirrel.
Hayling Pit: 2 Water Rails in ditch between Hayling Pit and South field.
Ouse Valley Way walk: 3 drake Goosanders flying upriver opposite Great Meadow and Water Rail from the river viewpoint.
Island Pit: 3 Smew (1 drake) and redhead Goosander on south end of pit; also Redpoll over.
Sailing Lake: Snipe & 1-2 Chiffchaffs (including a possible tristis - see photo's below) on large island, seen by working party whilst clearing vegetation from the islands.
Washout Pit: 2 Water Rails calling.

Hayling Pit: Cetti's Warbler heard.
Island Pit: redhead Smew, Snipe, c.50 Fieldfare.
